Our full-service design projects typically involve full home renovations or new builds. For these projects, our team is deeply invested from day one. Anywhere Design

Although we’re based in Utah, we do offer virtual services nationwide. Our virtual design service provides a cohesive, custom design with a high-end look, all without the price tag of full-service design. Ideal for those who have the time and experience to manage their own construction projects but seek help creating the overarching vision. We offer a detailed design plan, including specific selections and necessary measurements for your builder or contractor. Each design is personalized to your needs, incorporating your style preferences.

Our streamlined and efficient process delivers quick results, enabling you to get started promptly. We initiate with an in-depth call to review all details before commencing any design work. You will receive a visual design board, CAD drawings, and a shopping list with links to purchase each specified product, from finishes to furniture and decor.

The Full Service Interior Design Process 

The process of building or renovating a home can be overwhelming. There are hundreds of decisions to be made and details to manage. Oftentimes, unforeseen challenges arise that deviate from the initial plan. With our extensive experience in handling these situations numerous times, our goal is to maintain project momentum, skillfully resolve issues as they arise, and provide steadfast support to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final result.

  • Discovery & Onboarding

    We want to get to know you! We begin the process by meeting in person or virtually for 30 mins and we have the chance to establish a rapport and explore initial design concepts together. After our first meeting, we will develop a personalized project proposal for you.

  • Conceptual Design

    After entering into a client/designer service agreement, we begin by gathering your project details and exploring design concepts to define your space's style. Then, we proceed to develop design selections and drawings. After the presentation, we provide a finishes packet with all approved selections for the builder to implement. For furniture selections, we provide a packet with furniture boards and space plans.

  • Procurement & Project Management

    Upon your approval of the presented design elements, we move forward by ordering furniture and accessories, tracking orders, and coordinating delivery timelines. Throughout this phase, we maintain regular communication with the builder to oversee progress, address any queries promptly, and ensure a seamless process.

  • Installation

    The day has arrived! We work closely with our receiving warehouse and installers, we meticulously place all furnishings in your new space and ensure wall decor is expertly hung. Finally, we coordinate a grand reveal, welcoming you home at last!

  • As soon as possible. We find that the most successful projects are those where the entire team (architect, interior designer, and construction team) is assembled and collaborates early on. For new construction, assembling a team 3-6 months before demolition or breaking ground is ideal. For virtual projects, we will discuss timing expectations during our initial consultation.

  • It truly depends on the scope and size, but on average they take between 6-24 months to complete. For virtual design, we are typically able to complete and deliver your design within a matter of weeks.

  • Our team has completed design projects across the US. In today's virtual world, most of our work is conducted via email and Zoom. For our out-of-state full-service projects, we schedule multiple site visits throughout the project to ensure everything progresses smoothly. We also offer virtual design services.

  • While most of our projects do require new furniture selected for the space, we are happy to incorporate items you may already own. Especially if they hold sentimental value or have a one-of-a-kind look. This helps our designs be unique and catered specifically to you.

  • Absolutely. We have experience working with many builders and architects and would love to help you bring together an incredible team that is an ideal fit for your aesthetic and vision. It is essential to have a team you trust to execute the design vision.

  • When estimating design fees, we look at the size and scope of the project, the location, design style, timeline, and the team that will be executing the design. As for construction costs, we consult with you and your contractor to get an idea of material allowances and labor costs. We will always do our best to work within the project budgets provided.
